Individual Treatment
Our therapists practice the core principles of evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing treatment approaches that are based on scientific results and shown to be effective. Our core practice is based on TEAM Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TEAM CBT), developed by Dr David Burns at Stanford University. We also provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. Treatment is offered through in-person and video therapy sessions.
